On the left top corner you can change palms, left and right, as well as change the tan of the palm or shape of the nails. This is also done by one click on the left mouse button. On bottom corner on your right you will see a bottle of nail polish remover which you can use to remove the nail polish. On the same side, over the nail polish bottle you will see a diamond ring.
